This 2006 987.1 is the second-generation of the Boxster with a clear connection back to the original 986 Boxster of 1997.  The 2.7 liter 242hp M97 Flat 6 Engine offers spirited performance and although still constructed with an IMS Bearing, this example was built in June 2006 and therefore has the most reliable and strongest double row version.
