What an awesome sports car this is! Every time I drive it, I can’t stop grinning! Porsche got it SO right with the 981 Cayman S. The 6 Cylinder 3.4 liter 325 HP Flat 6 Engine has a magical exhaust note under acceleration in Sport Plus Mode with PSE engaged, married to the silky smooth PDK (Porsche Double Clutch) Gearbox. The 2008 Cayman is all analog Mid-Engine Porsche and offers a great way to join the Porsche Tribe at a reasonable price point. The 2.7-liter 245hp M96 Flat 6 Engine offers exciting performance and although still constructed with an IMS Bearing being right at the end of 987.1 production, it’s the most reliable and strongest double row version.
