When the 987.2 Boxster/Cayman was introduced for the 2009 model year it represented a major mechanical and ascetic redesign for the platform. The introduction of the new DFI Engine eliminated all of the potential issues associated with the previous engine design. The vehicle offers focused performance from the 2.9 liter 255 HP engine and handles like a dream. Summer is here and there are plenty of sunny days ahead to enjoy top down motoring.
